Ingredients

  • 24 clean limpets
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Parsley or cilantro
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Wash the limpets carefully.
  2. Mix butter, olive oil, garlic and pepper.
  3. Spoon the seasoned butter over each limpet.
  4. Grill quickly.
  5. Finish with lemon and herbs.
  6. Serve hot.
