- 500 g flour
- 10 g dried yeast
- 250 ml warm milk
- 3 eggs
- 60 g sugar
- Orange zest
- 1 pinch of salt

Method
- Mix the yeast with the milk and part of the sugar.
- Add flour, eggs, zest and salt.
- Knead until a soft dough forms.
- Leave to rise until doubled in size.
- Shape into portions and fry.
- Roll in sugar with cinnamon.
