  • 180 ml water

  2. Beat the yolks and eggs just to combine.
  3. Remove the lemon peel from the syrup.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the syrup in a thin stream, stirring gently.
  5. Cook gently until the mixture becomes creamy and glossy.
  6. Serve dusted with cinnamon.
