Ingredients
- 2 alheiras
- 1 bunch of grelos or kale
- 4 small potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 2 garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Cook the potatoes until they are soft.
- Saute grelos or cabbage with garlic and olive oil.
- Brown the alheiras in a frying pan or oven, piercing them lightly so they don't burst.
- Fry or boil the eggs according to preference.
- Assemble the plate with potatoes, greens, alheira and egg.
- Finish with olive oil.
