Cooked in their shells, they are topped with garlic, butter and lemon in a simple, intense combination.
Ingredients
- 24 cleaned limpets
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 60 g butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Chopped parsley
- Pepper
Method
- Wash the limpets well.
- Mix butter, garlic, olive oil and pepper.
- Place a little of the seasoning on each limpet.
- Grill quickly until bubbling.
- Finish with lemon and parsley.
- Serve immediately.
