Ingredients

  • 600 g flour
  • 12 g of dried yeast
  • 250 ml warm milk
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 g butter
  • Lemon zest
  • Boiled eggs to decorate
  • 1 pinch of salt

Method

  1. Prepare dough with flour, yeast, milk, sugar, eggs, butter, salt and lemon.
  2. Knead until elastic.
  3. Leave to rise until doubled in size.
  4. Shape the folar and place boiled eggs on top.
  5. Let it rise again.
  6. Bake until golden.
