- 600 g sliced potatoes

- Salt and pepper
Method
- Season the fish with salt, pepper and garlic.
- Parboil the potatoes for a few minutes.
- Arrange the onion, tomato and potatoes in a roasting dish.
- Place the sea bream on top and drizzle with olive oil.
- Roast until the meat comes away from the spine.
- Finish with fresh herbs.
